A Public Statement from Edge Roofing LLC to our Community: On Tuesday, September 29th one of our independent sales representatives was informed that his service...s were no longer needed at our company. A series of events including the mismanagement of funds belonging to Edge Roofing proved that he was not capable of responsibly executing the duties required of our sales reps. Over the past couple of days a lot of rumors and accusations have been spread regarding this situation. After receiving much encouragement from different people, we have decided that it would be good for us to release this statement to clarify what occurred. We also want the public to know that the heartbeat of Edge Roofing is a love for Jesus Christ and a desire to bring glory to Him by sharing His gospel in word and deed. Essential to the good news of Jesus is that while we were yet sinners, rebels against Him, He died for us. We deserve punishment for our sins and He took that punishment for us on the cross. And He not only offers forgiveness of sins, but He offers His very life to all who repent of their sins and put their faith in Him. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. Part of the good news found in the Bible is that all humans are unique creations of God, created to be His image-bearers. This is why we believe all human life is precious and it is why we take pride in how diverse the Edge Roofing community is. Our company has never hired or fired anyone based on skin color - and we never will. As believers of God's Word, and followers of Jesus, that is not who we are. We believe this is a critical time for our community and our country. We face many problems that seem to grow bigger by the day. But we believe that there is an answer to these problems - and His name is Jesus Christ. It is in Him that we put our hope and it is because of our love for Him and a desire to obey His commands that we strive every day to treat every member of the Edge family, as well as the homeowners with whom we interact, with love and respect.
