EXCHANGE BANK'S Nancy Chambers, New Horizons Director, will officially retire on Wednesday, October 14, 2020. Nancy joined Exchange Bank in 1995 and held the positions of Customer Service Representative and Northside Branch Supervisor. Nancy assisted wherever needed and spent some time working at the Gray Office as well. Nancy left Exchange Bank for a year and returned in 2004 as the Director for New Horizons. During these past 15 years under Nancy’s leadership, the New Horiz...ons program has experienced tremendous growth, not only in participation, but in customer relationships too. For years, New Horizons has been known throughout the travel world as being one of the best in the industry. Nancy has chaperoned 139 trips in six of the seven continents during this time. In case you never heard this, Nancy’s favorite comment, which she said quite often, was I love my job! We want to say THANK YOU to Nancy for her commitment, dedication and passion to Exchange Bank these past 25 years. She has contributed greatly to the bank in so many ways and has made many dreams come true through travel with so many of our customers, friends and family. It’s time now for Nancy, to not set an alarm clock anymore and do whatever she wants to do in her retirement years. It is our pleasure to announce that Donna Wall has been promoted to Branch Manager - Loan Officer Lake Sinclair Office. Donna joined Exchange Bank in 2003 as a teller and then held the positions of loan secretary, customer service representative, administrative assistant and loan processor. In 2016, she filled the Supervisor role in Mortgage and Real Estate Processing area. It was a natural fit for Donna to be named Branch Supervisor when we opened the Lake Sinclair Office ...in 2017. Donna graduated from Georgia Military Prep School in 1997 and then pursued and attained her college degree in Marketing at Georgia College and State University. She graduated from the CBA Consumer Lending School and is currently participating in the Community Bankers Association Leadership Academy. Congratulations Donna on your well-deserved promotion!
