Monday Motivation! When you get tired, learn to rest not quit. - It can be easy to quit when you’re feeling tired but it’s so much more rewarding to take a rest day. You will get back up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day/exercise your body needs! Remind yourself this week of this when you’re feeling tired. We believe in you!
Saturdays are for crushing early morning workouts and stamping Formwell Bingo cards! Brett did over 300 lunges around the building to get his first bingo! He crushed it! Reminder: Don’t forget next Saturday, October 31 is Formwell‘s Bingo Bash Party. 8:30am work out and prizes handed out all morning! Family and friends are welcomed for free so come out and enjoy a fun morning!
