HHF Family, 2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a SOUND MIND.... As the news continues to unfold around us about the current virus, we can rest assured that GOD is ALWAYS in control! We can have peace in Him and CHOOSE not to adopt the spirit of fear. We can be confident in His word and respond with wisdom with a sound mind. We are closely monitoring the reports and information being shared by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) concerning the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Although we will not respond in fear, we do want to do everything we can to ensure the safety of our church body. As a result: - We have are increasing our cleaning regimen and are prioritizing disinfecting every surface, and common areas. - We have a hand sanitization station at our main entrance, and will continue to ensure it is filled. - We will continue to warmly welcome each other in service, but refrain from shaking hands, hugs or giving hi-fives. Things you can do: - Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. - Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. - Avoid close contact with people who are sick. - Stay home when sick. - Cover the mouth and nose with the inside of the elbow when coughing or sneezing. - Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces. Again, we are closely monitoring all COVID-19 updates and we plan to do our part to protect our community by consistently implementing the steps mentioned above.
