NHE Greenpower

Greenpower Updates! Good morning, everyone! I miss you all so very much! I have discussed some options with the team leaders to see if we could reconcile our season that was cut short. Here is what we came up with: 1. We will keep the same team for FALL semester (yes, our new 6th graders will still be on our team). During the fall, we will only meet a couple times after school to finish everything up. **This will not start until a month or so after school has started. ... Since 6th graders will still be on the team, it will be up to the parents to drive the team members to our after-school practice at NHE. 2. There is usually a Goblin race in the fall...October or November. They have not put out a new race season schedule yet...for obvious reasons. Once this comes out, I will keep you informed of which race we do. There are two locations they have these races, one in Huntsville, AL and one in Chattanooga, TN. 3. If there is no race in the fall, we will figure something out that will still be fun for the kids. 4. Our end-of-the-season party will be shortly after our race. *Stay tuned. 5. We will pick a new team for Spring semester and continue about a "normal" school year. I hope this brings a little happiness and relief to our team! I know I am excited to get back at it again.
