Congratulations to our awesome faculty and staff! Ms. Rachel Summerville, ELA Teacher - Golden Apple, November Mrs. Jennifer Lehman, ESEP Para - Employee of the Month, December Mrs. Carol Welch, Bookkeeper - Golden Apple, December
Ms. Summerville’s students had an incentive while taking the Reading Inventory. She put together a point system growth chart and if the student made growth within that scale they got rewarded. The Frosty pull was filled with bows that had PBIS points hidden on the back and the students had a chance to pull up to 3 bows depending on their growth. Any student that grew at least 25 points got their name put on a BRAG poster. The students enjoyed competing against themselves and improving their scores. Out of the 71 students that tested with Ms. Summerville, 66% grew their Lexiles. Ruthie is one of them! Great job, Ruthie!
