Hi everyone!! Hope all is well with you and yours!! I’m sad to say that this will be our last video. Things are changing, hopefully for the better. We are having to refocus our efforts into,hopefully, reopening the restaurant. If you’ve been following the fb page then you already know we are doing takeout Thursday through Saturday from 3-730. Grapefruit juice Grapefruit soda (Ting is the best) LAVENDER 75 Gin (Bombay) Champagne Lemon juice Lavender simple syrup Equal parts sugar and water on the stove with fresh lavender in it. Steep for 15 mins. Strain. BATANGA Silver tequila ( El jimador) Lime juice Coca Cola Salt ALLISONS FAV MARTINI Vodka (Ketel one) Dry vermouth (Dolin) Olive juice Blue cheese stuffed olives We are also doing Togo food and cocktails from 4-8 on Friday. Soooo we are gonna be making 3 plus our martini!!! Here is an ingredient list by drink for you guys. AVIATION Gin. We use benhams but any gin will do. More floral the better. ... Luxardo maraschino liquor Creme de violette Lemon juice Luxardo cherries (garnish) ORANGE MULE Orange vodka. We use pickers but any orange vodka will do. Ginger beer Orange bitters Lime juice Orange slice (garnish) WEST OLD FASHIONED Rye whiskey. We definitely prefer High West double rye. Sliced orange Luxardo cherries Orange bitters Peychauds bitters Sugar in the raw (granulated sugar) MARTINI Gin or vodka of choice Dry vermouth. We use dolin. Any kind will do Olive juice if you like it dirty Olives QUALITY OF LIFE ITEMS Jigger or an item to measure by the ounce. Fun fact: 4 tablespoons equals 2 ounces. Muddler. You can also use the back side of a butter knife or a spoon in a pinch. See you tomorrow at 5 for our first #quarantaphappyhour !!!!
