John T. Mroczko was recently elected to the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia and was installed during the Bar's Annual Meeting in June. John will serve the Bar on the Board of Governors as a representative of the Cherokee Judicial Circuit. The Board of Governors is the 160 member policy making authority for the State Bar with representatives elected from each of Georgia's judicial districts. John practices real estate law, business and corporate law, estate litigation and administration, estate planning and personal injury law. Congratulations to John and thank you for your service to the State Bar!

Mroczko P.C. in Cartersville was elected to serve on the Board of Governors of the 49,000-member State Bar of Georgia and was installed June 10 during the organization’s Annual Meeting. Mroczko will serve in the Cherokee Judicial Circuit seat on the board. He earned his law degree from Stetson University. His law practice is focused on real estate, business and corporate law, probate and estate... disputes, probate and trust administration, estate planning, elder law and personal injury law. The Board of Governors is the 160-member policymaking authority of the State Bar, with representation from each of Georgia’s judicial circuits. The board holds regular meetings at least four times per year.
