So so proud for our LCG athletes this past weekend at the USA Xcel State Championship competition! We had several top 3 finishers in several events, no state champions this year, but look out cause their coming!! Go LCG!!

Congratulations to Team LCG and TOPS! Great weekend of competition in Lawrenceville. We had a lot of top finishers and one top scorer for the entire session on Vault! Ella Howington scored the highest Vault score of the session! Way to go Ella and all of the LCG /TOPS athletes foe much success!!

Great day for these young athletes! Had some pretty nice scores and brought home some good hardware! Making memories!! So proud they call me Coach!

Congratulations to Nora for being named LCG Gymnast of the Month! Nora is USA Level Xcel Bronze and in her first year of competition! She is a natural gymnast for sure and so fun to coach!! We love you Nora and great job!’!

Good meet today ladies! There is always room for improvement but hey we gotta have something to reach for! Love each and every one of these athletes and at the end of the day, I will hang my hat on any of you as my athlete!!
