#FootballFriday Did you know that we’re so good that teams have disbanded after losing to us? In the first UGA football game in 1892, the Dawgs came up on top with a blowout of 50-0 against Mercer College. Following the game, Mercer decided to disband the football team. Mercer University and it’s new claim to fame is being the team that upset Duke in the 2014 NCAA Tournament second round.

#TitleTuesday Fannie Mar and Freddie Mac shares have increased 200% this year to date. The market improves furthermore for the mortgage guarantors as they have also reached an agreement between the Treasury Department and their regulator that will allow Fannie Mac and Freddie Mac to hold higher levels of capital. #MarketMonday Companies like Knock and Zillow have been trying to revolutionize the housing market and make buying or selling a house as easy as trading in a car. Through partnerships with construction companies and the app users, in 2019 the companies have bought more than 1,500 homes and sold nearly 800 and hoping to increase that amount tenfold. The question remains as to how viable the automation is and the impact this will have on the housing market.
