This candidate will work with our customer Acquisitions and operations teams to provide support for new acquired accounts. This ideal candidate understands the value of customer service, has strong MS Office skills and works well as a team. Responsibilities will include: Working directly with newly acquired accounts and onboarding them into our systems. Making outbound and taking incoming calls to welcome new customers and accounts. Working directly with all management teams to collect and provide data about new acquisition opportunities. Input Customer, data, notes and service issues into CRM and Billing Software. Provide assistance between sales, admin and operations departments, to assist in the effort of retaining customers. What we look for: Strong verbal communication skills. MS Office Experience Required Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to review legally binding documents for accuracy. Must be dependable and be willing to value the rest of your team.
