Mill Pond Neighbors, if you see a wallet in the common areas (the playground area/field, gazebo & around the pond/clubhouse parking) please let us know. From our landscape vendorMr Virgil,who does some of the landscaping, believes he lost his wallet yesterday in one of the fields. He been out walking them this morning with no luck Board members have a contact # if found, please notify this page please. Thanks!

Hopefully these residents can finally enjoy their back yard. Installed 1975 sq ft segmented retaining wall, all the downspouts connected into central drainage system, 41 loads of dirt back filled, Meyers zoysia & and ornamental fence.

Fellow neighbors, the board respectfully asks that you do not remove furniture from the bathrooms to use as your pool lounges. We understand that bringing your own furniture to the pool can be an inconvenience, but it is the state of things at this time. It will not be this way forever, and the board will put pool lounges back out when the time is right. Thank you in advance for your understanding and we ask that all residents and guests continue to abide by the current pool rules.

So this is from the city of Carrollton. We have a lot of golf cart activity in our neighborhood and I have personally witnessed kids driving and not respecting stop signs etc. Just a little warning to read and respect what the city is going to in force

Good afternoon neighbors! Pool opening is scheduled for Friday, May 22nd, at 12pm. However, as we are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking the following precautions based on recommendations from the CDC and the GA Department of Public Health (DPH). We ask that all residents follow these guidelines to the best of their ability. As things develop over the summer, the guidelines will be evaluated and modified as deemed appropriate. 1. If you have had symptoms of... COVID-19, tested positive for COVID-19, or were exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, then DO NOT enter the pool area. 2. No lounges or tables will be provided. In accordance with CDC guidelines these shared items must be cleaned after each use. Mill Pond does not have the resources to ensure this happens reliably. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own seating at this time. 3. No non-essential visitors. Non-essential is defined as people that live outside the Mill Pond community and are not family. 4. People of separate households should maintain social distancing of at least 6ft where possible. 5. If you choose to wear a mask while visiting the pool area, then please DO NOT wear a mask while in the pool. A wet mask can inhibit breathing. 6. Maintain good handwashing practices and sanitize regularly. Signs have been posted at the pool repeating all of the above guidelines. The pool and clubhouse will remain closed until further notice. We will update as soon as the official open date is set.

The Pool and Clubhouse closure has been extended until May 4th. Also, the Annual Homeowner meeting has been postponed but will be rescheduled at a later time.

Attention Homeowners: EFFECTIVE MARCH 25th, 2020 In accordance with resolution 09-2020 passed by the City of Carrollton, THE POOL AND CLUBHOUSE will be off limits to residents until Monday, April 13th, 2020 Mill Pond Board of Directors

Due to the coronavirus and the latest restrictions from the city this morning the Mill Pond clubhouse will not be available for rental until further notice. Our annual meeting that was scheduled for April 21 has also been postponed until a later date.
