Black Friday Details! As everyone may have noticed, due to inventory difficulties and continuing COVID precautions, Black Friday is looking a bit different this year. For us, this entails a couple of things: - While we are still operating by appointment, we are doubling the amount of availability on Friday, November 27th, starting at an earlier time (9:00 am instead of 11:00 am), and restricting reservations to only General/Gun Purchase appointments. We will not be doing a...ny transfer pickups, delayed pickups, or online pickups that day. Be sure to book your appointment early because they will fill up fast! - If you are unable to make it Friday or wish to secure a purchase for pickup on a different day, give us a call! We are taking payments over the phone in order to help our customers lock down the firearms they are looking for until they are able to make it into the store to pick them up. We do have firearms available! Items are coming and going every day so the selection is always changing. We currently have a selection of SIG Sauer, Beretta, and AR style rifles, as well as others, so schedule your appointment to get them before they're gone! ***Shooting Range Appointments Open for Everyone!*** Range time appointments are now open for everyone starting Tuesday, June 30th! We will be still be following our current guidelines, so please read our current policies below:... - Range appointments will be scheduled via the appointment system on our homepage (www.myshootingrange.com). - When selecting your appointment time, you can choose specific lanes that may be available or simply select the option to be assigned the first available lane. - Due to the current scarcity of ammunition with our distributors, ammunition purchases will be limited to one box per appointment. - All customers (and employees) are required to wear a mask. Temperatures will also be taken upon entry. - All range appointments are for a maximum of two people per appointment/lane. - If you will be shooting a rifle, please be sure to choose a lane option that is listed as rifle rated. Appointment Option for General Purchase Note as well that there is an appointment option for general purchase needs. Please have an idea of what you are looking to purchase before you arrive as the time will need to be kept to the appointment window available. We have had a lot of questions regarding if customers can sign up for new memberships at this time, and the answer is YES! However, due to our recurring billing system for current members still being turned off (they are to be allotted a certain amount of time for fees paid before the payment system was suspended), what a new member will need to do is to print out the Membership Application from our website (http://norcross.myshootingrange.com//NorcrossGunRange_Appl) and b...ring that in complete when they arrive for their first scheduled range visit. We will take the membership payment at that time. Please be aware that the memberships are still yearly contracts and will be enforced as such. A couple of quick updates for all of our friends: We have begun trying to stock back up and we are adding some in-store items to our online store each day. Head over to shop.myshootingrange.com and look for the items that show the red "On the shelf today" label. These products are immediately available upon ordering and can be picked up as soon as the same day with an available appointment! Also, please be aware that though the shooting range is currently closed, we are wor...king on coming up with processes that will hopefully allow us to use it in some capacity in the near future. We feel that the safety of our customers and employees is paramount at this time. So, as points of general information, examples of just some of the hurdles that we are working through are the supplies and manpower needed to be able to effectively clean a shooting stall after every customer and how to be able to safely instruct shooters or intervene in unsafe situations without coming in close contact. We will be sure to keep everyone updated of any changes as they occur. IN REGARDS TO MEMBERSHIPS: As the shooting range portion of our business remains closed during the evolving COVID-19 situation, we have suspended automatic membership payments until such time as it is once again open to the public. We will add prorated time to memberships that are paid monthly based on the time that the range has been closed up to this point. We will also add time to memberships that are paid yearly for the full time that the range remains closed. REOPENING APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING: First of all, we would like to express that we hope everyone is staying as safe as possible and our thoughts and prayers go out to all of our friends and families. In regards to current business hours, due to the advisory put out by the Department of Homeland Security, we will begin working again to get our customers the items they need through the appointment system. We will be rescheduling missed appointments first and once we have these... customers scheduled, we will open the appointments up for new reservations to allow pickup on items that have been ordered on our online store, transfers, or delayed purchases. All of these appointments are subject to us having contacted the customer and let them know that the item is ready for pickup. GWINNETT COUNTY STAY-AT-HOME ORDER ANNOUNCEMENT Pursuant to the order issued by Gwinnett County and going into effect at 12:01 AM on 3/28/2020, Norcross Gun Club and Range is not allowed to serve anymore customers at this time. Please be aware that we are looking into whether or not Georgia/Gwinnett County may declare gun stores essential businesses, and we will look to begin scheduling appointments again should this end up being the case. But, until that declaration is mad...e, we must abide by the order of the governing bodies and the steps that they are taking during this COVID-19 situation. If you have an item that is already at the shop, it will be stored there until such time as we are able to deliver it to you. If you have an item that is being transferred in but has not yet been delivered to the shop, please contact the sending party to let them know that another delivery attempt will have to be made at a later date. We will be contacting our distributors to do the same with our outstanding orders and will have those redelivered as soon as possible. Though we have done everything in our power to get items out as quickly as we could to our friends and customers, we do apologize to anyone still standing by for an item due to the increased wait times across the industry. Update Regarding our Online Sales: First of all, we pray that everyone is remaining as safe and well as possible. We look forward to when we can put all of this behind us and see all of our friends back at the range again. In regards to our online store, we have seen a vast increase in the number of orders over the past week. Where as normally we can fulfill some of these orders with in-stock inventory, this is not currently the case as our stock was depleted before we closed... the doors to general business. This, combined with the state of the industry across the country, has led to increased processing and shipping times from our distributors that supply the products for these online orders. We are doing what we are able to do to get everyone the products that they have ordered, however we are restricted by things beyond our control at this point. Because of these delays and the real possibility that we may be forced by governing bodies to halt all customer interaction with our business in the next few days, have sent an email out to customers that have purchased from our online store. If you have purchased anything from us online in the last 8 days, please respond to the email letting us know if you would like to, A) Keep your item on order and be notified when it arrives for pickup. Please be aware that we do not have definite shipping times from our distributors and if we are forced to temporarily close, your pickup time would be delayed until after we reopen. OR B) Have your purchase refunded. Please respond within 24 hours to [email protected]. Any order that has not received a response, and is not yet in-route to us from our distributor will be cancelled. If your item has already arrived at the store, we will be contacting you within the next day to set up a time to pick up your order.
