Due to the safety and health of the families we serve and the recent "shelter in place" order recommendations by Carroll County Board of Health, Nursing From The Heart, Lactation Consultant will not be completing any in-person classes, consultations or hosting our breastfeeding support group until further notice. We know when families are expecting or are experiencing breastfeeding challenges it’s imperative to address their questions and concerns for them to reach their brea...stfeeding goals. In an effort to provide our support, we are now offering limited TeleLactation services. These services include telephone and virtual consultations for prenatal breastfeeding sessions and breastfeeding consultations. To schedule a TeleLactation visit, please contact us directly at 770 270-9520. Once an appointment has been scheduled, we will provide instructions and a link to our secured patient portal system to register and complete your health forms and consents. We will continue to monitor the situation closely as more updates are available from legislators, the Georgia Department of Public Health, Carroll County Board of Health, the CDC and the WHO.
