During a 3-week family gathering of 20 relatives, 11 developed COVID-19. The outbreak was likely sparked by a 13-year-old who was exposed to someone with COVID-...19 before the gathering. All relatives who developed COVID-19 stayed in the same house as the teen and didn’t stay 6 feet apart or wear masks.
