Read more about Elizabeth's story: "I went to see David Toone after decades of digestive issue and alarmingly elevated bilirubin levels. They were high enough to catch the attention of the doctors administering my physical examinations, but not high enough to merit a liver transplant. What if my child is too scared to try acupuncture? We understand that a child may feel nervous coming in for treatment. Sometimes it may take several visits for the child to become comfortable enough to try it. As practitioners, we can continue to use shoni shin, our Truly Painless Acupuncture, or acupressure until they are ready.
