I am finally getting ready for bed (2:45am) after a long day and long week. The parent/community sponsored prom was a huge success. A huge shout out to Salter &... Shook for the incredibly generous donation! Thank you to Christy Abbott Toomer, Karen Moore, Amanda Connell Helms, Cindy Burt Reddick, Michaela McCoy, Callie Morgan, Ashley Phillips Perry, Tonya Jones, Brunson and Faith McCullough, Brandy Smith, Ena Mills, Robert Hammock, Wendy Achenbach Meeks, Kurt Kight, Donna Collins, Cindy Gilreath and Christina Pratt Day. Thanks, too, to Vidalia Bi-lo, Food World, the Vidalia Police Dept, and Jessica at Hawk’s Point. The after prom breakfast at our house was also a huge success. We had 19 kids come for homemade pancakes, sausage, bacon and brownies. Thanks so much to Karen Moore, Amanda Helms, and Lisa Truxel who helped supply the food and drinks. I think our kids truly had a night to remember! See more
