The Georgia Heirs Property Law Center is offering individual estate planning. Priority will be given to Descendants who own property on Sapelo Island. You must be a Georgia resident to receive services. Estate planning is the process of anticipating and planning what will happen to you and your assets when you die or become incapacitated. Careful estate planning is the best way to prevent the creation of new heirs property and preserve property for future generations. A comp...lete estate plan consists of an Advance Directive for Health Care, Financial Power of Attorney, and a Last Will and Testament. A limited number of spaces are available for the Estate Planning services. A signing day will be held on June 11, 2022. All participants will need to be available to sign their estate plans on this day. To begin the process, please call Libby Summerall at (470) 230-9831 by April 1, 2022. Calls received after the deadline will not be considered for services.
