Dr. Danoukh invested in this 2-Day Live Scheduling Day at his 5X Workshop & told trainer Brittany that it always seems like we can read his mind about whatever he thinks he needs and magically present solutions at the perfect time. This amazing team was doing their very best but were scheduling with no rhyme or reason, working super hard, & still having many days under goal. They are all so kind and patient focused that they were sometimes running behind accommodat...ing patients for same day treatment even though their fully committed schedule didn’t allow time for it. As the LA area continues to hear about all the wonderful patient experiences, & their New Patients continue to increase, they are finding it difficult to get them in in a timely manner. Because of this, they have had difficulty with New Patients no showing. Do not fear! That’s exactly what this 2-Day On-Site Training is for! They are excited about their new way of scheduling and will now be able to accommodate their patients AND hit their goals while working smarter , not harder .

Trainer Elizabeth was with the team for the 5 Star Telephone Training This team has had the Telephone training before, but they know the importance of a strong foundation and going back to basics. They set post pandemic goals to fill their October hygiene schedule...and they hit it! ... So at the end of the training, Dr. Justiniano gave each team member an envelope with cash to go treat themselves that afternoon! Then they met up for happy hour and appetizers after. Dr. Farnsworth’s team had a great dual training day at beautiful Dataw Country Club in South Carolina with Elizabeth and Carson! Elizabeth worked with the team leaders to create a game plan for Q4 during their Quarterly Leadership Retreat and Carson trained the team on New Patient Mastery. A beautiful day and very productive! After the training, Dr. Farnsworth had some fun games for the team. Most putts in and closest putt to the hole! Nothing like some good old fash...ioned team training followed by a little competition! Excited for their end of year goals and getting everyone certified!
