Position: IT Tech Support System Engineer Seimitsu which has over 35 years of experience and focuses on three distinct service offerings: Fiber network and related telecom/data services, IT consulting services and Outside Plant construction services, is seeking to expand its’ growing staff. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: 1. On-site and remote installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of: a. Computers, workstations, laptops, mobile devi...ces, and servers b. Gateways, firewalls, security appliances, switches, and access points c. Seimitsu TrueConnX internet and voice services and systems 2. Take ownership of and responsibility for assigned service tickets 3. Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner 4. Today is first day of summer and we were very busy during spring. We received over 11 miles of telecommunications conduit and fiber optic cables to be stuffed, plus new directional boring machine to make our job little easy to put all that conduit in the ground. Once all this new fiber goes in, we need to light these fibers up at the speed of light, which means we needed to upgrade our fiber switches and servers to enhance our Cloud and internet offerings. Looks like we’ll have busy Summer and Fall getting all these projects done. Wish us luck!!!
