I am excited to announce I am accepting referrals for my new LATINX PROCESS GROUP! This group provides a supportive space for Latinx adults to process their personal struggles and explore healthier ways of relating to others. This group is ideal for those who wish to gain self-awareness and to cultivate healthier relationships in their lives. In addition to focusing on relationships, a Latinx-focused group provides the opportunity to discuss shared experiences of navigating... interesectionality, microaggressions & discrimination, struggles with systemic racism and other social justice concerns. The group will be facilitated from an anti-racist, decolonized framework that promotes resilience and healing. This group strives to be an inclusive space that is affirming of diverse identities and where all sexual orientations and gender identities are welcomed. An initial assessment session is required to assess if the group would be a good fit for your needs. This group is intended to be a long-term group, and a 12-session minimum commitment is required. Investment: $65 per group session. For more information: https://www.latinxpsychotherapy.com/grouptherapy or check out Latinx Psychotherapy

We are all grieving right now, one loss or another: loss of freedom, loss of safety or security, loss of physical contact with others. I highly recommend this TedTalk about grief.
