Uhuru Dancers 15.11.2020

Uhuru Dancers is celebrating our 31st anniversary and is pleased to present Shaheedah Enahora. Shaheedah is a founding member of the Uhuru Dancers, its president and business manager. She is a retired educator who has been committed to education and cultural preservation. She has danced for many years with Hillside Chapel's Truth and Motion. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, a certified massage therapist and is currently enrolled to become a doctor of chiropractic medicine at Life University. Shaheedah is the mother of two daughters and four sons. She and her husband, Sheria Enahora, continue to mentor many through their work in science, mathematics, engineering, robotics, self-defense and the arts. Shaheedah continues to be an inspiration to many.

Nadia Trotter is a member of Uhuru Dancers and joined the company in 1997. She currently serves as the Co-Artistic Director.
