US Army Airborne School, Fort Benning

Over the past 2 days, 1-507th PIR conducted their annual Operation Toy Drop. The event was started in 2012 as a way to support the local community during the Ho...liday season. Jumpers donate gifts that are taken to Santa’s Castle on Fort Benning and the Valley Rescue Mission in Columbus, GA. Jumpers have an opportunity to be awarded foreign jump wings, this year from an Australian SGM. Members of the 1-507th PIR, Ranger Training Battalions, 75th Ranger Regiment, and even our Canadian allies participated in this years jump and collected over 800 toys for donation!
