Our Kitchen Supervisor must be an enthusiastic individual who has at least two years of supervisory experience in a high volume full-service restaurant and has excellent references. This position will report directly to the General Manager. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Being able to prep, cook and plate to the highest standard in a high volume restaurant... - Creating an energetic teamwork environment by providing leadership, honesty, professionalism and a positive "can do" attitude. - Supervising our staff to prepare and present outstanding food, and thus ensuring that every meal served meets our unparalleled standards. - Keeping a clean, sanitized and organized restaurant which adheres to health code requirements, along with maintaining a safe and secure work environment. - Overseeing employee tenure (selecting, hiring, training, scheduling, continuing development, performance evaluation & retaining employees). - Understanding of the financial side of and being responsible for food & labor costs; profit & loss accountability; budget management and inventories. - Purchasing food, beverages and supplies as needed and oversee their preparation to ensure that every item meets our standards of product quality. You must have the sincere passion for the best in food, service, staff development, cleanliness, guest satisfaction and for a job well done.
