Hello World Class Taekwondo Family, As our communities continue to feel the increased impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we feel it is important to share with you the steps we are taking to keep our families safe and healthy. With today’s declaration of National Emergency, our taekwondo school will be closed starting tomorrow (Saturday, March 14) and all of next week as well. We will continue to closely monitor the situation. We will notify and update our members through email... and our social media pages in regards to closing/reopening, so we encourage everyone to monitor. It is very important to always follow proper hygiene practices daily, especially during this time. Below are some helpful tips from the CDC to prevent illness: Clean your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds (especially after being at a public place, blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing). If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth with unwashed hands. Avoid close contact with people who are sick and stay at home if you are sick. Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow. Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces, equipment, uniforms, and gears. With any questions, please feel free to contact us directly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. On March 20th we will be having a Black Belt Ceremony to celebrate the successful promotion of last year's Black Belt testers. This ceremony is open to ALL Black Belts to come and enjoy together! We invite you and your families together for this exciting event!
