Dana went above and beyond to help us finalize our loan. She was very friendly and patient and helped us even when things were not going the way any of us wanted. She was very proficient at her job and worked countless hours on the phone with us. Anytime I had a question about something, she always explained it clearly to us and if she saw something wrong with the documents on the other side, she would act on it quickly and do everything in her power to ensure we get what we deserve.
