For this upcoming National Ice Cream Cone Day, we wanted to do something special. In true Melrose & McQueen fashion, we couldn’t just give you a free cone, so we came up with our own ice cream, just for one day. With the help of our friends and neighbors at The Queen of Cream, we made a vegan ice cream just for you And it’s free! If you missed the first round, don’t make the same mistake twice. As our ten year anniversary passes, we’re shedding the old and embracing the new. Our previous salon space is filled with many pieces we accumulated over the years while curating our unique and ever-evolving style. Currently, the spaces is hosting furniture, lighting, art pieces, mirrors, books, and a multitude of miscellaneous items. No pre-sale, just show up, take a peak, and leave with the items you buy. 3...3% of proceeds will be donated to SPARK. Spark is a nonprofit ensuring the voices of black women and lgbtqia+ youth of color living in the south. They are involved in the reproductive rights and justice movement. Comprised of two different programs: a political advocacy groups called Speak Justice Take Action (SJTA) and A Queer/Trans POC civic leadership group called Fierce Youth Reclaiming & Empowering (FYRE).
