The secretary job has been filled! We are excited!

We are so excited to have Leigh Hunnicut on our team here at Soaring! She is an amazing speech therapist. Leigh Hunnicutt has been a speech/language pathologist for 24 years. She has experience in early intervention, articulation therapy, language disorders, apraxia, cognitive disorders, dysarthria, aphasia, and dysphagia. Leigh enjoys working with patients to help them achieve their full potentialwhether it is learning to communicate for the first time in their lives or i...ncreasing communication skills while recovering after a traumatic event. She has a wide range of experience in pediatric feeding and especially loves helping patients be able to tolerate eating by mouth. She has experience working with a variety of diagnoses including Down Syndrome, Autism, Cleft Palate, Developmentally Delayed, CVA, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Dementia. Leigh and her husband live in Clarkesville, Georgia. They have three children. In her spare time Leigh enjoys running, reading, kayaking, and hiking with her family. See more
