These two cross country stars are headed to state! In the regional championship in Statesboro today, Senior Jack Hanling came in first place and Sophomore Corell Tribby came in second place. Great job, Irish and good luck at state!

Dear Aquinas Parents: One of the most important things we can be doing as Christians is intercessory prayer, and intercession for the souls of our children is certainly the most important thing that we can do for them. Through promptings from the Holy Spirit, our MAMAs group (a prayer group from St Mary on the Hill) has decided to make our December meeting an answer to the call for Advent preparation and intercessory prayer. We will meet on the patio in the back of the schoo...l (outside the cafeteria) on Wednesday, December 16 at 7:00 pm. Powder Puff football at Aquinas. The Seniors were the players, refs, coaches, managers, trainers, and announcers. Houses Assisi and Rome defeated Houses Siena and Vianney in a very close game. I think everyone would agree that Liz Williams was the MVP!

Captain Sydney Pittman, 5th in General Trap, 3rd in Women’s Sporting Clays, 2nd in Woments Trap. Senior Captain Nate Williford 3rd in General Trap. Aquinas General Trap 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th in the state!... Aquinas High Overall Average 6th in the state out of 20 in our division! Senior Jack Hanling and Sophomore Corell Tribby participated in the GHSA State Cross Country meet in Carrollton, Georgia this weekend. Jack finished 14th out of a field of 205 racers with a time of 17:27.17 almost 30 seconds faster than his 2019 State time! Corell finished 23 out of 202 racers with a time of 22:03.68 in her 1st State meet!... Kudos to Coach Quinn for shepherding the Irish! We are so proud of these two Irish athletes!
