Look at what I found today! East Coast IPA in the making!
Today I started brewing a Citra IPA. As it turned out, I mis-measured my grain and ended up with an Imperial IPA gravity after mashing. So I drained two gallons of wort off and added two gallons of water to bring my gravity down. Instead of wasting the two gallons, I went ahead and brewed an Imperial IPA out of it. Problem solved.
Brewed my house West Coast IPA tonight! Should be ready by 7/16. Strawberry Berliner on tap now.
